I intend to add a variety of photographs from outback Queensland over the coming months. There is a vast area of Queensland which most people don't see because the state is such a large area and many holiday visitors only come to the coastal areas, which are beautiful in their own right. Outback Queensland is a different world, with wide open spaces, big skies and wonderful people. I hope you enjoy my images.

Sharing photos on Flikr
Today I have joined Flickr and added some photos of my favourite place in Queensland, the Granite Belt. The Granite Belt in at the southern end of the Darling Downs and is very agricultural, growing many varieties of fruits and vegetables. There are also over 70 wineries in the district, which goes from the border of New South Wales to Dalveen. I will be adding photos of all the areas of the Granite Belt during the next few months so stay tuned. Here is an example of the images on Flikr.

Great, it worked. Now I will try for the harder stuff like adding my profile and a picture. I have also changed the font style and the colour.

Today is my first attempt at writing a blog and so far I have failed. This is harder than I thought, especially since you don't have a tutor sitting in front of you to show you where you're going wrong. Anyway, I will save this and see what happens.
